ELD still hasn't started this year

At one of my sites, ELD has not started yet. The principal says its because the teachers don't know how to group students with such small numbers. He has requested a presentation on possible group configurations. What do you suggest to a grade level that has one or two students per class?

I believe one the coaches has created a ppt presentation explaining all the group variations and options. You should get a copy of it.
